Browser Sessions API for Playwright
Start an isolated remote browser with proxy controls, then connect to it from Playwright when the session is ready.
Save browser state encrypted when this session closes, then restore it later with the returned Instance ID.
Optional. Enter a saved Instance ID to restore its browser state. Restored instances are saved again on close.
